Let’s break down the storm’s development by neighborhoods to give you an idea of ​​how things will play out starting late Sunday evening:

— Midnight to 4 a.m. Monday… The first bands of rain arrived along southern and eastern New Jersey. There may be light rain or frost at first, then full snow by dawn (at the latest).

3.) The temperature profile early on (still slightly above freezing along the south coast) could lead to a few hours of rain or freezing. Snow does not accumulate as quickly as snow. (Of course, the rain isn’t accumulating at all.) So we can’t call this storm “all snow.”
