The Communication Style Matrix can be confusing at first, but once you understand how it works, it’s a very useful tool. In fact, once you have a mental picture of the matrix in your mind, you can use it to identify another person’s communication style, even if they haven’t completed a positive speaking survey.
If you divide the matrix into equal quadrants or quadrants, then each quadrant represents a primary style – Manager, Narrator, Thinker, or Coordinator.
