Chosen to save the world from the seven worst enemies of man – pride, envy, greed, hatred, selfishness, laziness and injustice – young Billy Batson embraces his destiny as Captain Marvel. When Superman battles Black Adam, Billy soon discovers the challenge facing heroes: revenge or justice? For bounty hunter Jonah Hex and tough cop turned vengeful ghost The Spectre, getting your hands dirty is part of the job — maybe even the fun. But Superman, Green Arrow and Black Canary follow an internal moral code to guide their actions. They know it’s easy to get lost in the darkness of war, especially when villains like Merlin the Magnificent and Count Vertigo don’t value human life.

Parents should be aware that Superman/Shazam!: The Return of Black Adam is a fun short superhero film with non-stop action and dangerous moments, but with a lot of positive messages. When the evil Black Adam (voiced by Arnold Vosloo) arrives on Earth trying to kill the orphan Billy Batson (Jack Callison), Billy himself turns into a superhero – Captain Marvel (Jerry O’Connell). Along with Superman (George Newbern), the two take on Black Adam, leading to some great, tough scenes. Characters are thrown through walls, buildings are destroyed, hands are around throats and punches are near the face. Despite the many dangers and threats, no one is killed or seriously injured – even though Superman is briefly seen unconscious. Billy is punched in the face by a bully, leaving a gash on his cheek. Superman shoots laser beams from his eyes, Black Adam shoots bolts from his arms. Billy is shown to be kind and compassionate, always willing to help others even if he doesn’t have much himself. This includes standing up for a homeless black man. When this character is later revealed to be a guardian angel, it undoubtedly serves to define the problem of “Negro magic.” A language that rarely says “ass” and “oh my god” once or twice. Hello my friends. With three sports shorts behind us, we’ve officially passed the halfway point. So, welcome back to the mini review series called…
This time, we’re taking longer than the usual 12 minutes for the first three entries. Not only that we have two superheroes for one price. In the story, they are threatened from outside…
Superman/shazam! The Return Of Black Adam
Originally released on November 9, 2010, this special feature film also includes slightly extended versions of the three previous DC Showcase shorts. This entry is the longest running time of the entire series at 25 minutes. So let’s dive in and look at two of our favorite heroes.
We open on the edge of Fawcett City, where a young couple (Josh Keaton & Vinnie Cooper himself, voiced by Danica McKellar) can see a shooting star in the distance. Suddenly, he changed direction and hit them.
When the smoke cleared, it turned out that it wasn’t a shooting star. It’s none other than Black Adam (voiced by Arnold Vosloo) who ends the scene by watching the city skyline.
After our title card, we cut to the next day where we are introduced to young orphan Billy Batson (voiced by Jack Callison). He lives in a dilapidated house and has no food.
Shazam! Deleted Scene Teases Black Adam
After he gets dressed and goes out, he sees a homeless man being bullied by a punk (also voiced by Josh Keaton) and a young criminal who also steals his money. Billy stood up to the old man’s defense, but was defeated by the young woman.
After the punks take their leave, a homeless man named Tony (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson) thanks the young man for doing “the right thing”. He asks for some change, to which Billy gives his only change: a subway token. Tony agrees and promises to pay him eventually.
We go to a restaurant where Billy Batson meets Daily Planet reporter Clark Kent, aka Kal-El aka Superman (voiced by George Newbern). It turns out that Clark is writing an article about the chaos of homeless Fawcett City. In their conversation, we hear that Billy had loving parents before ending up in a nursing home. He tells Kent that even though he’s a good kid, life seems to have taught him that. Clarke says he understands and that being “nice” is hard.
Just then, Black Adam arrives, blowing a hole in the restaurant. He tells Billy that he will kill the boy because he was chosen to take over the powers. Clark tried to intervene, but was easily beaten down the street and through the house. Fortunately, this gave Billy a chance to receive a blessing.
Who Is Black Adam? Introducing Dwayne Johnson’s Dc Character
He ran across a road and even jumped onto the back of a fire engine to escape. However, as tough as Billy is, he is at ease as Black Adam takes out the fire engine that finally knocks the young man down.
Fortunately, Superman arrives and saves Billy from harm. Afterwards, he and Black Adam continue to fight each other.
Immediately, Black Adam releases some flames to send Superman away. After being attacked, Supes knows that the bolts are magic, and the other thing is that he is weak again.
Superman is able to jump back and save Billy, but Black Adam continues his attack and his magic lightning knocks the Man of Steel to the ground.
Superman/shazam! The Return Of Black Adam (2010)
After Billy lets him go, Superman goes back to continue the fight. Black Adam’s lightning continued to keep him safe before he aided Heat and knocked his foe towards space, sending him crashing into the base of a monument as a large structure fell on top of him.
However, Black Adam’s superhuman body helps him survive the impact as he lifts off the bridge, falls on top of the Man of Steel, and leads him into the subway tunnels.
Forced to work for his life again, Billy begins to walk to the subway station. Suddenly, Tony confronts him and tells him that he will pay the kid back for what he did earlier, and he does so with another subway sign.
Afterwards, Billy manages to enter the subway station, with only Black Adam to accompany him. Billy jumps onto the tracks to avoid being caught. Suddenly, the train accelerates as Black Adam approaches the U-turn. With nowhere left to run, Billy appears crushed by a subway train as he leaves the track with a confident smile in his pursuit.
Dc Showcase (part 4): Superman/shazam!: The Return Of Black Adam
Not only was she alive, but she was also on the train that the boy saw. Suddenly, his subway sign flashes as he sends magical light across the chart.
A carefree Bolt shows images of Billy’s tragic childhood, starting with the death of his parents and living in an orphanage.
Although a couple take him in, they are completely oblivious to how Batson looks after himself on the cold streets.
At that moment, the train stops and Billy makes it deeper into the cave before disappearing. He found a room with a row of statues at the side and a throne at the end. An old man named Shazam (voiced by the late James Garner) waits for the boy, but this is short-lived.
Is Cavill’s Superman Going To Be In Black Adam? Everything We Know
Soon, she tells Billy about the failed defense. 5,000 years ago, Shazam chose Black Adam as the savior of Earth. Unfortunately, he became dangerously corrupt with his newfound powers. Therefore, Shazam had to go into exile outside the world. Now, he has appointed Billy as the new savior of the world. Shortly after he pushed his powers, the cave began to collapse. Before magically lifting Batson up, Shazam tells him to call it his “moments of need”.
When he returns to the top, it becomes clear that Black Adam has defeated Superman. Billy tries to wait for his pursuers, but is easily sidestepped before he can run again. As he chases after him, he yells “Need some help here, Shazam!” He called.
Suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck Billy. That’s when he becomes Captain Marvel (voiced by
